At Braided Diva, we strive to provide you with excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your hair braiding appointment, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
